BOOKING INFORMATION

HOW TO PREP YOUR HAIR FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

For an additional fee, we can wash and blow-dry your hair if it hasn't been done prior to your appointment. If your hair is already washed, a blow-dry will be included. Please ensure there is minimal product in your hair; a small amount is acceptable.

 

If you have any scalp conditions, we recommend scheduling a consultation beforehand. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise during your appointment if a consultation is not booked.

PICTURES

Please be informed that we will be taking pictures for our Remedē portfolio. While dressing presentably is appreciated, it not mandatory.

 

Additionally, please note that not all images will be used for media; they are primarily for documentation purposes.

SENDING YOUR HAIR

After booking your appointment, you will receive a text with optional drop-off days, including the address and contact details.

 

If you've purchased hair or wigs from us everything will be prepared and ready for your appointment. We look forward to seeing you soon!

APPOINTMENTS RESCHEDULED OR CANCELLED

To reschedule your appointment please notify us 72 hours before your appointment and it will be altered on the system. If you choose not to notify us your rescheduled appointment choice, your appointment will be automatically cancelled. You can only reschedule once within the same month. In order to book again with us for the next month you'll have to book another appointment as normal and pay another deposit fee.

 

Deposits are non-refundable at all times however if your stylist cancels your appointment your deposit will be refunded 1-7 business working days. Please make sure you send the correct bank details when requested.
