BOOKING INFORMATION

HOW TO PREP YOUR HAIR FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • Travel fees are charged separately, but rest assured, it's affordable. You will be contacted with the specific amount for your premium home service appointment.

  • Please make sure your natural hair is WASHED, CONDITIONED, DE-TANGLED and BLOW-DRIED. Your hair will be blow-dried at your appointment if needed. 

  • Don't put any oils on your scalp; leave-in conditioner as your hairstylist will do that.

  • Please make sure there is not much product in your hair, gel residue, severe dandruff, or leave-in conditioner residue, knotted or detangled properly, as this makes it difficult to complete your desired hairstyle. Minimum product in your hair is fine.   

  • If you have any scalp conditions, then please contact us before booking an appointment so we can advise you on how to prep your hair for your appointment. To avoid any charges, please inform us of any information listed above.

PICTURES

Please note pictures will be taken for our Remedy portfolio, you may dress presentable but its not essential. However not all pictures are used for social media. All images are for documenting purposes. 

SENDING YOUR HAIR

If you've book a Lace Closure, Lace Frontal or Lace Frontal/Lace Closure Handmade Custom Unit and your bring your own hair please give us a call, text, email, instagram dm to discuss more. Address details or drop off point will be sent. 

 

If you have bought hair/wigs from us then everything will be completed ready for your appointment. 

APPOINTMENTS RESCHEDULED OR CANCELLED

Appointments out of business hours £25 extra.

Bookings that requires more than 1 day, a split payment is to be paid for each booked appointment day. An automatic charge of £20 if you fail to do this.  

To reschedule your appointment please notify us 24-48 hours before and it will be altered on the system. If you choose not to notify us your rescheduled appointment choice or your over an hour late to your appointment it will be cancelled. If you cancel your appointment from 5pm a day before your appointment you’ll be charged a £40 fee. You can only reschedule once within the same month. In order to book again with us for the next month you'll have to book another appointment and pay another deposit fee.

 

If your booking for a wedding or major event and its rescheduled for the following year you will not be charged you if booked within 6 months, any after will be charge £70.

 

Deposits are non-refundable at all times however if your stylist cancels your appointment your deposit will be refunded 7-14 business working days via bank transfer. Please make sure you send the correct bank details when requested.
