All in-stock items are shipped within 72 hours from the date of purchase. Orders placed on Saturday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

UK Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days from the date of shipment

UK Next-Day Delivery: 1-2 working days 

 

Internationally Delivery - 

  • Europe, Australia, New Zealand, USA & Canada: 4-10 working days 

  • Rest Of The World: 10 -14 working days

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

At Remedē, we do not accept or offer refunds.

Products can only be returned for exchange within 3 days of the original purchase.

To initiate an exchange, don't hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Care at 07933175520 or remedyofficiallimited@gmail.com.

Ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging with all labels and receipts. 

 

Due to our hygiene policy and COVID-19 precautions, hair products must not be installed, washed, combed, colored, or treated with additional products prior to exchange. Returns should be sent via tracked and signed delivery, and proof of delivery, including a tracking number, must be provided. Once your return is and inspected, you will be notified of the exchange confirmation, and your new item will be shipped immediately. Please note that if the hair is not in the correct condition, an exchange will not be granted and you will be sent back the original item/s.
