Service Description
Service includes: natural hair cornrows, lay the lace and style, this doesn't include the stocking cap method. Stocking cap method is an extra £15. Bleaching knots, plucking & tinting is extra £15. Please mention to your hairstylist your decision before your appointment. If possible wigs should be dropped off at the salon minimum 2 days before the appointment. If you wig is not dropped off your appointment will take longer and you will be charged £30 extra. Please understand that you will be required to wait or return 30-60 mins later while customised is completed. Important Notice: DON'T WEAR FOUNDATION/CONCEALER MAKEUP TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
Cancellation Policy
To reschedule your appointment please notify us 24-48 hours before and it will be altered on the system. If you choose not to notify us your rescheduled appointment choice or your over an hour late to your appointment it will be cancelled. If you cancel your appointment from 5pm a day before your appointment you’ll be charged a £40 fee. You can only reschedule once within the same month. In order to book again with us for the 3rd time/next month you'll have to book another appointment and pay another deposit fee. Deposits are non-refundable at all times however if your stylist cancels your appointment your deposit will be refunded 7-14 business working days via bank transfer. Please make sure you send the correct bank details when requested.
